Knowledge Unlatched is pleased to announce that it is partnering with the CLOCKSS Archive to preserve the Open Access version of Knowledge Unlatched books in CLOCKSS's geographically and geopolitically distributed network of redundant archive nodes, located at 12 major research libraries around the world. This action provides for content to be freely available to everyone after a "trigger event" and ensures an author's work will be maximally accessible and useful over time.

Knowledge Unlatched’s Executive Director, Frances Pinter, said, “We seek to reassure libraries around the world that the books that they are facilitating to be made available on an Open Access licence will remain accessible in perpetuity.
